and medium of work. If needed, a brief (2-3 sentences) description can
be included. Please make sure to include your name at the top of the page.
ADDITIONAL MATERIAL: Please do NOT send catalogs, brochures,
reviews or articles. Any additional material will not be considered and
will be discarded.
CHECKING
YOUR SUBMISSION BEFORE MAILING:
Many applications are disqualified every year because they are incomplete,
and/or CD or DVD does not play in our computers. Please check your submission
before mailing as we will not contact you should your submission be incomplete,
or not work for any technical problem. It is your responsibility to make
sure your submission is in order and digital material works properly.
Please mark your name on all documents, including the CD or DVD.
PACKAGING YOUR SUBMISSION:
A small number of applications are damaged every year as they are packaged
so tightly that it is an arduous task for us to simply open it! Please
do not over package your submission with excessive bubble wrap, multi
layers of scotch tape, plastic folders or sleeves, binders or paper clips.
A simple hard-plastic CD case in a padded envelope will be enough to secure
your CD/DVD arrives safely.
RETURN OF MATERIAL: We
no longer return material. Please make sure to send us only copies, not
original works.
NOTIFICATION: Due to high
volume of submissions, we are unable to notify reception of application.
You are welcome to add a self addressed stamped postcard for notification.
Please make sure postage is correct. All applicants will be notified of
the final result by email only not later than March 15, 2010.
